We are scaling back this year and will not feature a limited vendor market featuring key food , beverage and market vendors to be a part of our event Saturday, September 5 from 10 AM – 3PM.
Limited spots are available. If you are interested in becoming a vendor submit your registration below.

Food Truck/Prepared Food Vendor $500
Example: Prepared food sold onsite to the public. Food Truck / Prepared Food Vendors will be given a 10×25 space unless otherwise arranged with the event. No tents larger than 10×20 are allowed. No electricity will be provided.

Beverage/Dessert Vendor $200
Examples: lemonade, coffee, cookies, cupcakes, donuts, specialty drinks, and dessert booths. Beverage / Dessert Vendors will be given a 10×10 space unless otherwise arranged with the event. No tents larger than 10×20 are allowed. No electricity will be provided.

Marketplace | Prepared/Specialty Foods $100
Examples: jerky, packaged sauces, rubs, jams, salsa, pickles, baked goods, packaged snacks, sealed prepared foods, and pre-made take-home foods. Marketplace vendors will be given a 10×10 space unless otherwise arranged with the event. No tents larger than 10×20 are allowed. No electricity will be provided.

Marketplace | Artisan Goods. Apparel/Accessories. Health & Wellness. $100
Examples: candles, woodwork, leather goods, art, home décor, handmade gifts, shirts, hats, jewelry, bags, sunglasses, boutique items, skincare, fitness, massage, wellness products, and health services. Marketplace vendors will be given a 10×10 space unless otherwise arranged with the event. No tents larger than 10×20 are allowed. No electricity will be provided.

Vendor Payment & Beverage Policy:
Food Truck / Prepared Food Vendor registration is a flat event fee. Meat & Tater BBQ Fest and the Meridian Lions Club will not collect a percentage of vendor sales, and the token payment system will not be used this year.

Each vendor is responsible for collecting their own preferred forms of payment directly from customers during the event.

Food Trucks / Prepared Food Vendors are not permitted to sell or distribute beverages, including but not limited to soda, water, or alcoholic beverages.

Food Vendor Permit Requirement:
All vendors selling and/or distributing food items, including beverages, at a special event are required to submit a Temporary Event Establishment License Application.

All food vendors must submit a Temporary Food Establishment Permit with Central District Health by August 5.

Fire Department Requirement:
All food trucks and food vendors must meet Meridian Fire Department Mobile Food Vehicle Requirements. A minimum of one 2A-10BC all-purpose dry chemical fire extinguisher with a current service tag must be present at time of inspection and during the event.

Vendor Agreement & Hold Harmless

By submitting this application, I acknowledge and agree that I am responsible for complying with all applicable city, county, state, and federal laws, rules, regulations, permits, licenses, health department requirements, fire department requirements, insurance requirements, and event policies related to operating as a vendor at a temporary event.

I understand that approval to participate in Meat & Tater BBQ Fest is not guaranteed until confirmed by event organizers. I agree to follow all instructions provided by Meat & Tater BBQ Fest, Meridian Lions Club, the City of Meridian, Central District Health, Meridian Fire Department, and any other applicable agency or event representative.

I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Meat & Tater BBQ Fest, Meridian Lions Club, the City of Meridian, their officers, members, volunteers, representatives, sponsors, partners, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, injuries, costs, or expenses arising out of or related to my participation as a vendor, including but not limited to my products, services, equipment, setup, operations, employees, volunteers, contractors, or failure to comply with applicable laws, permits, or event requirements.

I understand that failure to comply with event requirements, permit requirements, safety standards, or instructions from event organizers may result in removal from the event without refund.
