BBQ Team Load-In: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM

Saturday, September 5

Car Show Load-In: 6:00 AM – 9:00 AM
Lions Pancake Breakfast: 7:00 AM (open to public)

10:00 AM – EVENT OPENS TO PUBLIC

11:00 AM – Food Vendors Open – BBQ Vendors & Local Food Trucks

7:15 PM – LIVE MUSIC – The Jay William Miller Band
9:00 PM – Event Closes. We say goodnight to the Meat & Tater BBQ Fest! Last shuttle runs until 9:30 pm.

We want to make sure everyone has the opportunity to safely attend this amazing event! We will have public parking at the event as well as overflow parking/shuttles offsite.
Public Parking will be available at Kleiner Park (follow the public parking signs)
